COACH
Jean began his career as a dog groomer in 1986. Shortly after completing his training, he became a Poodle breeder and handler in dog shows. As the owner of his salon, Tendance Chiens et Chats, in Lille (France), Jean has also served as in charge of a grooming training program for 10 years, and later director of a training center for 7 years. Today, Jean continues to run his grooming salon and pursue his passion there alongside his wife, while training the next generation of grooming experts. He is also the distinguished coach for the Diamex Team France. Drawing on his extensive and widely recognized experience, he shares expertise that combines grooming techniques, respect for animal welfare, and professional rigor. Regularly participating in workshops, demonstrations, and judging panels, he actively contributes to advancing industry standards and mentoring young talent.

Clémentine has established herself as a major rising star in the French grooming industry: she was named 3rd best groomer in France in 2025 and WorldSkills France Champion in grooming that same year, she combines precision, meticulousness, and an eye for aesthetics. At the French Grooming Championships on November 9 and 10, 2024, Clémentine confirmed her talent by winning three national titles: French Spaniel Champion, French Champion in Other Coat Types and French Poodle Champion, demonstrating remarkable versatility in meeting the technical demands specific to each breed. Her technical skill and professionalism were also recognized with the title of French Vice-Champion in the Poodle Procategory.
Working at Tendances Chiens et Chats in Lille alongside her coach and mentor, Jean Vion, Clémentine proudly represents the Diamex Team France, combining a passion for competition with professional excellence.

INTERMEDIATE
She trained in Belgium under Émilie Addis, earned her degree in 2023, and immediately chose to specialize in first aid, nutrition, and holistic therapies such as aromatherapy and balneotherapy.
A former rider and a competitor at heart, Lise has enjoyed a meteoric rise. After racking up victories and podium finishes in the Beginner category, she has now moved up to the Intermediate category. Her talent and determination have been recognized internationally with a nomination for the prestigious 2026 High Achievement Awards. This year also marks a major turning point for this young entrepreneur, who has just opened her own salon, L’Art du Toilettage by Lise, in Bondues, France. Driven by a constant thirst to learn and improve, Lise is a proud ambassador of the brand’s values of excellence.
ÉMILIE PAQUENTIN

Trained in dog grooming in 2009, Émilie is a seasoned professional who opened her own salon, Archipel Canin, in Erquinghem-Lys (France) in May 2010. Her career took a decisive turn in 2014 with the arrival of her first poodle, a loyal companion who inspired her, a few years later, to venture into the demanding world of grooming competitions. Driven by a desire to pass on her expertise in accordance with industry standards, Émilie makes it a point of honor to train apprentices. It was with this commitment to excellence in mind that she earned her CTM (Certificat Technique des Métiers) in grooming in 2021. Her expertise, meticulousness, and dedication to the profession were officially recognized in 2024 by the Chamber of Trades, which awarded her the highly honorary title of Master Artisan. Drawing on her wealth of experience and her love for the craft, Émilie brings her exceptional skills and mentorship to the Diamex Team France.
