A weekend rich in passion, know-how and fine performances!
On Sunday July 6, 2025, Diamex was proudly represented at Collin Taylor’s Master Groom competition, held at the Kennel Club Building. This not-to-be-missed event in the world of grooming brought together enthusiasts to demonstrate their art, and Diamex Team France stood out for its professionalism and the quality of its performances.
A day to remember!
Laura Vanpeteghem and Lise Da Costa Fontes got the ball rolling right from the start, both showing determination and a high level of preparation in their respective categories.
Laura excelled in the Spaniel Intermédiaire category with her bitch Nalia, taking 3rd place on the podium thanks to a remarkable display of precision and control, unanimously praised by the judges.
For her part, Lise made a strong impression in the Beginner category with a daring choice: to perform her entire cut using only scissors. A demanding method that highlighted her rigor and technical skills. Although she didn’t make it to the podium, her performance made a lasting impression.
A brilliant conclusion for Diamex Team France!
The rest of the day continued in the same vein. Émilie Paquetin, who took part in the Poodle Open category with Riley, presented her work with finesse. The lines were defined and light, reflecting the constant evolution of grooming, where aesthetics and technique meet.
Then came Clémentine Brenne, in Poodle Intermédiaire with Jack. An impressive performance, combining technicality, elegance and perfect harmony. The judges were won over by their meticulous, perfectly executed work, which earned them a well-deserved 1st place in their category.
More than a contest, a human adventure!
Beyond the rankings and trophies, it was above all a moment of sharing between enthusiasts that we remember. The atmosphere on site, the mutual support between professionals and the pride of evolving in this field made this day a rich and inspiring experience.
